The Marina was rebuilt in 2016 and reopened in 12/ 2017. The only component not replaced is the wooden fixed dock and metal ramp that leads to the concrete floating docks. The new construction is superior to the previous docks. The slips are 40' in length and will accommodate most boats up to but not more than 42' in length. The slips vary in bottom depth depending on the distance from the shore, so before purchasing a slip it is best to verify the depth at mean low tide. There is a $185/mo. assoc. fee that covers insurance of the facility as well as repairs, etc. Each boat in the marina must show evidence of insurance with liability of a minimum of $300,000. Each slip has a dock box (replacement is owner responsibility,) a power pedestal with 30 and 50 amp service as well a AC power, and a water connection. There are restrictions for use both from the Association and from the DNR. Listing agent serves on the BOD and will provide answers. A-17 has approx 15' of depth.
