Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from Jan 2018- 31 July 2018 at Shadowood Apartments (https www.liveshadowood.com/). This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with free parking for up to 2 cars. There are washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave in the unit. I will cover the lease transfer fee and will include some furniture for free if needed (bed, coffee table, dining table, sofa). The complex has a pool (bbq grills by the pool), fitness center, and basketball/volleyball/tennis courts. It's a 3-minute walk to the bus stop from the apartment. NS, T and A all goes to campus. The price is $765 per month including trash and water. Pets are allowed with a fee. Message me for more info. Includes trash and water. Furniture can be provided if needed.
