House was built in 1934 on Tennessee St., it was then lifted and moved to its present site on Morningside Ave to be part of the Morningside Subdivision. At that time, 1930"s, they lifted it and built the downstairs which was granny claused in with 7.5 ft ceiling height. I was given this info at City Hall.
