About the Owner This unit is owned and managed by a long-time Seattleite who's rented herself for two decades, so she know what it's like to be a renter. She's looking for a renter who's tired of the bad communication and impersonal management of big corporations and who wants to trust their landlord. She's a hands-off owner and will only reach out to communicate building notices and if any work needs to be done. She does need to be certain that you're comfortable communicating needs and issues throughout the tenancy so she can handle any issues that come up. Communication is always key. There is a non refundable $75 application fee for each potential tenant that can be submitted by Venmo. After that, background and credit checks run. Tenants are required to make at least 3 times the rent in net income and have a minimum credit score of B+. Then all contacts submitted on the application are called so information can be verified.
