I will be subleasing my double apartment from anytime after June 20th up till August 20th. For FSU students, this time frame includes Summer C (plus a week before and a week after).I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, but I do not have a roommate, so you can either have the whole place to yourself, or you can bring a friend along and try to rent out the whole unit. There are many awesome amenities, including study rooms, free coffee, a parking spot (per room), a tanning bed, a pool, and a grill. The location is lovely; I literally cross the street, and I am on campus.Furniture is included in the rent, and I can leave all of my cooking supplies for you to use, so long as you use them properly, of course.Regarding the Rent:There is a $200 subleasing fee, but I will completely cover it. Rent is normally $700/month + utilities, but we can NEGOTIATE. I will pay for the utilities (which are usually around $50-80/month depending on your usage), for up to $200 for the combined months of July and August.
