On the Lake! (NO gators)Everything is SO close to shopping & restaurants. The beach! 5 minutes away. The amenities include swimming pool. Pickle ball court, shuffle board. Exercise room, library, weekly farmers market ,entertainment. Dog area to run your dog if you have one, Taxes are like $50 a year for the registration. Lot rent is about a thousand dollars per month. (AND you can rent out your unit) Very reasonable considering how close we are to the beach. Our area is very protected. Have had no damage from the hurricanes.
