In November of 2019 we installed luxury waterproof vinyl flooring in all of the main level. At the same time, we replaced our kitchen cabinet doors and drawers to white solid maple, granite countertops and back splash. In August of 2020, a new roof was installed, along with new outdoor lighting. In May of 2021, new windows were installed, that included 9 single hung windows, 3 picture windows, 2 casement windows, and a kitchen awning window. We have a large backyard with a deck and 30x30 concrete pad with a basketball goal.
