Rental Terms & Conditions

Owner pays for community trash pick up
Utilities Transferred to Tenant: Electricity and Natural Gas to be transferred into the tenant's name at the start of the ski lease term and paid directly to the service provider(s).
Snow Removal: Provided by the HOA.
Security Deposit: Equal to 1 month's rent with full lease term paid upfront (entire lease must be paid prepaid to qualify for this deposit amount). See Agent for alternative payment and deposit requirement options.

Pool and kiddie pool are not available during the ski lease term
