Enjoy the rear patio with lounge chairs and a gas grill for outdoor gatherings. Pets are welcome with a pet deposit of $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. This centrally located townhome is minutes from campus, Central Park, Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater, dining, and local entertainment. It is across the street from Central Park and a few blocks away from Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater. The property is near Southwest Parkway E & Highway 6, the main intersection. Local favorites include 40 Tempura Sushi, Napa Flats, Fuego, Casa Mangiare, Grand Station, Spirit Ice Arena, and Star Cinema Grill. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be charged, plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. If any pets are found in the property without previous agreement, the guest will be fined a pet deposit, and the booking will be terminated. Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property; towing is enforced, and any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, with applicable fines/towing fees being the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, the guest will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; if feminine products or other products besides toilet paper are flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster. If this rule is not followed, there will be a $20 charge. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in.
