The Western Manor Apartments located at 1001 McQuay St, Charlotte, NC 28208 are now renting out newly available 1 bedroom apartments. Western Manor Apartments is located south of I-85 and Glenwood Drive right in the heart of West Charlotte with easy access to everything Charlotte has to offer. Our complex is comprised of 1 and 2 bedroom units and we have a new inventory of 1 bedroom units available for rent. Here are the rental details for these newly remodeled units: 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom units; These are single story units and will be $600/month. Security Deposits and 1st Month's Rent will be required once approved. Maximum occupancy for a 1 bedroom unit is 2 people - no exceptions. If you feel that you may be interested, please bring the following documents with you when you visit the property. These will NOT be returned to you so be sure to have copies: Copy of most recent paystubs (2-3 will be sufficient). Copy of picture ID such as a state issued ID or Driver's License. Current requirements for consideration are as follows: Earnings - must be approximately 3 times the rent amount for your needed apartment. This would mean that for a 1 Bedroom unit, you must make approximately $1,800/month. Employment History - You must have been on the job for at least 3 months. We verify with employers both earnings and length of employment. Evictions - We do NOT accept any tenant that has a prior eviction if they still owe that landlord money. You may be considered if that Landlord balance has been paid off and can be verified as such. Criminal History - You must have a clean criminal history meaning no convictions. We do charge a $50 application fee per resident adult and any occupant that is 18 years old or more, MUST be on the application and MUST submit the application fee. This fee is used to run a credit and background check. If you feel that you will have issues from this check, please let us know PRIOR to applying for an apartment. Please bring payment of $50 in the form of a check or Money Order made payable to "Avalon Manor Apartments" for each occupant that would be living at the property. We do NOT cash your application check unless you have passed our pre-screening process and if we cannot verify your information, we will return the application fee to you at the address on your application!
