Month to month rental agreement with rent due on the 1st of each month. - 1 off-street parking space is assigned to each unit. - A late fee of $25 and $5 per day thereafter will be assessed and due should the rent and electricity not be paid in full by the 3rd day of the month. - Included water, gas, sewer, and garbage pick-up only. - Tenant pays electric with monthly rent on the 1st of each month, and your electric is based on your prior months' electric usage. - 1 small pet (25 lbs or less) is allowed with pet deposit. - The Bisbee Pueblo is a No Smoking Property. No smoking is allowed in the units, in front or out back on the deck or on Bisbee Pueblo property. - A 30-day written notice is required of intent upon leaving.
