i have a very cute one bedroom in a pet friendly building - first floor -no one underneath you - kitchen has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave - full size living room and bedroom - windowed bathroom - hardwood floors one or two year lease available - subway around the corner - short walk to austin street - lirr and great shopping etc. call me this wont last
