Our leases have 3 criteria requirements a tenant must meet: First, we require a FICO score of around 720, and meet our Lease Criteria requirements, which will be a factor in the approval process.. Secondly, we conduct our own background checks of each tenant (or persons) applying for residency to this property, which must meet our approval. Third, the tenant and property manager must agree to a mutual maintenance of the property, a "dos and Don't list" we refer to as the House Rules.
