Welcome to my beautiful garden home! You will have the main bedroom; a fully furnished private room with en suite bath, with a bay window overlooking a beautiful backyard garden. The room comes with a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and a 65in TV with the following streaming apps (ad free!): Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Peacock, and Amazon Prime Video. The rent includes all utilities, and is month to month. The room is located upstairs in a split level house. Also upstairs is the shared fully stocked kitchen that has nearly any kitchen tool you could need! The attached open living room is where you can read, hang out and play games, listen to music, or enjoy a fire in the fireplace in the winter, and has a bay window that looks out to the front garden. There's a very large deck in the back, with a table for enjoying outdoor meals and a fire pit. The garden has small walking trails and even a "book nook" that is covered for year round access. You will be living with my housemate who lives upstairs, and myself and my two dogs (an Aussiedoodle and a Chiweenie) who live downstairs. Also downstairs is the washer and dryer. The house is located in a safe neighborhood in a quiet cul de sac, and there is parking available in the driveway. My home is a safe space and is LGTBQIA+ friendly. Lease is per month, with a 3 week exit notice.
