Rental history for at least 12 months which is verifiable in good standing, and no history of eviction. Credit score of at least 700; lower scores may be considered with increased security deposit. Cosigners may be necessary for lack of income, rental history, and/or credit history/score. Criminal history will be considered based on the nature of the offense, how long ago the crime occurred, and evidence of rehabilitation.
