Apartment E is the left side of the building on Marine Street. It has its own partially-fenced in yard, great for a dog. The porch is shared with the neighboring Apt. W. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We can supply a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 15'2" x 13'5" Bedroom #1 (front) = 11'5" x 7'8" Bedroom #2 (back) = 7'9" x 12'11" Kitchen = 10'2" x 8'7" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit. We can show the place anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least a day's notice. Thanks for looking!
