The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom has 4 beds, a flat screen TV and desk for working or kids play area. Also includes a pack n play and high chair. All rooms have closets, a laundry basket and hangers for your clothes. The living room is equipped with an electric fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, two couches, coffee table and two chairs with foot rests. There's also a few games for you to enjoy. All TVs include Netflix, Disney+ and LG TV channels. The large front deck has a smoker BBQ, sectional for relaxing, dining table to seat six and a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you enjoy a sunset. This house does not have neighbors on either side so you can enjoy your privacy. The downstairs patio includes a picnic table with benches, a separate bench and parking for multiple vehicles or an RV. EV charger access for electric vehicles. Owner pays for water and internet, tenant pays for electric and gas. Two pets up to 20lbs each allowed. Parking available for multiple or large vehicles.
