It's like being in the country in city limits, you could literally deer hunt from the back porch(archery because in city limits) if you want to view house you have to apply through zillow and i will put link to listing on here or you can just search zillow in paris TN as there are not that many listings on there. I am sorry I may not respond on messenger or through facebook but facebook has become so full of scammers trying to infiltrate rental listings and scam people out of background check money etc. you will have to pay zillow for background check but I do not handle that part of it anymore but zillow is #1 real estate app in the country and does not allow scammers like facebook! small pets are allowed(its a small house!) with deposit and pet fee every month renter is responsible for utilities. renter is responsible for yard maintenance(mowing etc)
