House is not huge but charming with hardwood floors, great porch and yard. Fully furnished including kitchen, utilities included. Rent possibly negotiable if you can show me a comparable or better deal out there. House consists of living, dining and kitchen on first floor, master bedroom (in photo) and small bedroom (not shown) with bathroom on 2nd floor. My stuff will be closed up in another bedroom on 2nd floor. Storage and laundry available in basement. There is no cable TV but it can be hooked up easily. Old TV with DVD player available, and I can leave my library card for access to AA library's impressive collection of stuff to watch/read/listen to. Yard work taken care of by neighbor, all utilities included in rent. Looking for quiet professionals or academics who need/want to be in Ann Arbor for the summer. Just security deposit, you can provide your own lease and I will sign if reasonable. Zoom or in person tour can be scheduled for almost any time.
