The Everett Garden Apartment is a FULLY FURNISHED, newly renovated studio featuring a private parking lot, hardwood floors, kitchenette, Smart TV, full-sized bed, on-site laundry, lots of plants, a sunny reading nook, and a patio with table and chairs. All utilities including internet! are included in your rent. The kitchen is stocked with amenities including dishes, cookware, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. Should any issues arise, our property manager lives literally next door. The Everett Garden Apartment is pet friendly but you will need to go across the street for green space for your pets to do their business. Close to the Statehouse and Downtown Columbus (5 min drive), the Convention Center (7 min drive), Nationwide Arena (7 min drive) Ohio State University (12min drive), and within short walking distance of the shops and restaurants of German Village and the Brewery District. German Village staples within a 5-10 minute walk include Fox in the Snow, Pistacio Vera, Katzinger's, The Book Loft, Winan's Chocolates, Barcelona, Brown Bag Deli, The Old Mohawk, Schmidt's, and Thurman Cafe.
