An amateur sky-and-clouds mural brightens the stairwell ceiling, which helps me start the day with a positive feeling, every day. Close to McNichols Plaza Elementary School, several churches, and both Nepali and Latin American grocery stores. You'll hear the church bells at regular hours in the day: beautiful! In this unit, tenant pays all utilities: gas, electric, and water/wastewater. Approval requires application completed, credit score of 620, and references that answer the phone. Lease-up costs are first, last, and security deposit, but security can optionally be paid in 3 installments starting with the next month's rent, so move in requires only first and last month's rent.
