It has access to the shared Guest Kitchen (shared with guests staying in the Del Mar Room). Steps from Sunset Junction, restaurants/shops, and public transportation Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and one-half of the electricity. Last month rent is due upon signing. No smoking allowed inside. Up to one pet total allowed.
