You'll be welcomed by an inviting front porch, before you step inside to discover an open-concept layout seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. A half bath and a den featuring a daybed are conveniently located on the ground level.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and standup rain shower. The secondary bedroom includes a full bed, while a third office/bedroom features a trundle that can be configured as either one twin or one mini king - please reach out to prior to arrival to provide preference. A second full bathroom on this level ensures added comfort and privacy.
In all, you'll find 2 1/2 baths, a den, and 3 bedrooms (or 2 bedrooms and an office,) while throughout the home, you'll discover cozy nooks filled with books!
Outside, an expansive backyard offers plenty of space to kick a soccer ball, or sit under the shade tree with a book. You'll also find a charcoal grill and two propane heaters for warmth when temperatures cool.
