Hello! I have a beautiful master bedroom with a private bathroom available for rent beginning November 1, 2025. It is $1,200/month, which includes water, sewage, and garbage/recycling removal. Tenants will be responsible for splitting power/electricity/heat and internet. It will be unfurnished. It's located in Lakewood, near Kipling and Alameda. It takes 15-20 mins to get to Denver, depending on traffic. This room is BIG, and it has two closets! It has maple hardwood floors and is painted a very light pink. It's in a big four-bedroom home; you would be living with one or two other adult roommates. I'm limiting the number of people who will be living in the house in order to afford everyone a very high quality of life and plenty of personal and shared living space. I know being a renter and sharing a home can be difficult. My goal is to afford you with a safe and quality living space that respects your autonomy and dignity as a human being--not just as a "tenant." I will also aim for the housemates I select to be good fits with each other, out of consideration for your quality of life and comfort in your new home. The home has a beautiful kitchen and living room as shown, and a shared laundry room. It also has a big back yard and a back porch/sitting area to enjoy the Colorado seasons. It will come largely unfurnished, with the exception of some back porch furniture and maybe a piece of furniture or two in the common living areas. You will get a parking spot in the driveway. I will consider pets on a case-by-case basis, and will require a non-refundable pet deposit and a small monthly pet rent ($25-$50) for any pets that are accepted.
