Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet due to special cleaning requirements. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for $375 per month and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. After your reservation is confirmed, a contract outlining the basic house rules will be emailed for you to review and sign. There is a $150 lost key fee. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.
