All homes in the neighborhood back onto common parks. One park for every 20 homes or so. Also, there are sidewalks on both sides of the street and we are near some city paths and natural areas. The park layout is very unique and there is nothing like it around. Even if the lots are small, they feel really big because the back yard extends another 400 feet back.
