Wake each morning to the birds, soak each day in the hot tub, and play board games (included) around the evening fire. Ample driveway parking, one full bathroom, an entryway with ski equipment space, and a washer/dryer round out the amenities. Numerous walking trails (including Glenshire Pond and the Legacy Trail) are easily accessible and the Treehouse is approximately 20-30 min from major ski resorts. Pets are welcomed and love the fenced yard and wide open back forest. Rental is for late Dec (negotiable) through April (generally considered a "ski lease"). House is fully furnished and kitchen fully stocked. Driveway plow service, utilities, gas heat, and high-speed WiFi included. This is our family home, leased while we are on sabbatical. Expectations include caring for the Treehouse, no big parties, and no smoking indoors. Received only five star ratings as previous short-term rental. All utilities and other costs (internet, plowing service) included. Lease runs from Jan 1 (or late Dec) until April 30, 2025. Rent reduction considered with addition of more responsibilities: bringing in mail; managing hot tub; putting garbage curbside; managing energy use...).
