Its a 12 min walk to the beautiful calafia state beach!! There is an amazing san luis rey lighted tennis court and kids park the next block over too. There is the golf course behind as well. Its a very safe and pleasant neighborhood especially since the over 25 different $2M homes built up right along the block in the last 5 years. No drugs/heavy alcohol/ heavy partying type people please !! Deposit is 1 month rent with good credit history. Pets are an extra deposit and extra rent depending on the size. Also, if you plan to have more than 3 adults + children in the place, then its probably not the best fit. Once moved in, appliances maintenance and minor plumbing issues are your responsibility unless its clearly a wear and tear issue or anything major. Regarding pets, yes, this is a great place for pets. There is a washer/dryer room downstairs where you will have your own washer and dryer which is part of your electric and water bill. Thanks.
