Custom Designed/ Custom Built Open Floor Plan Ever since I was little, I was struck with the notion that something was greatly missing in the designs of most homes. Thus my goal was to design a home that worked in every way, from the smallest of details to the total design as a whole, neither being more important than the other. Every design element was important from the feel of the doorknobs in your hand, to the placement of windows so you can feel the warmth of the sun on the birch floors.
