This is a great home I loved living there but the military moved me on down the road a few years ago. The rent was a good deal at $1550 however since every one wants a freshly painted new carpet polished house to destroy just like the last 2 clowns did and were served walking papers after six months. The house will available again April. Unless you want it AS IS you still must pass a back ground check that will cost you $80 unless you are military and have valid proof , military preferred. The house is not perfect but its not a hot mess.. If you want the lower rent it as is you pay the utlities to include trash and HOA
