House is within a mile to the Parkway onramp, with a 4 way stop at the corner of the house, so you never have traffic problems, getting on the parkway. Location is great; within 20 miles of all the Disney World Parks. SeaWorld, Universal and Busch Gardens aren't far either. Poinciana also has remodeled the park to add an Olympic size pool for use, year round, for a small annual fee. The bus stop is very close. The elementary school, has a sidewalk, right across the street, that goes straight to the school. So, you don't need a second vehicle to drive your kids to and from school, or deal with traffic.
