House is within a mile to the Parkway onramp, with a 4 way stop at the corner of the house, so you never have traffic problems, getting on the parkway. Disney currently has a Preservation Reserve with walking trails 5 miles away. -2010 new gutters put on house. -2010 house tested for Chinese drywall, neg. -2010 walls painted with neutral colors. -2010 new screens put on all the windows. -2010 upgraded hall closet into a walk-in closet with shelves. The den can easily be made into a 5th big bedroom. Having an inside laundry, is a big plus, with the Florida humidity. -Upstairs has beige carpet, that looks like new. -12' 8" x 11' loft that overlooks the downstairs entry, and conveniently the laundry room. -Master bedroom is big, 19' x 15' 5". The master bath is 12' x 8', which doesn't include the two walk in closets and linen closet. The master bath has a soaking tub with a hand held jet, so you can wash your hair in the tub. There is also a separate shower. -Bedroom #2 is big also, 16' 5" x 13' 3". -Bedrooms #3 & 4 are good size, 12' 5" x 12'. -Guest bath has two nice sinks and a tub/shower combination. -Two twin beds will be left, if you want them. Everybody wants to know why I want to move. The main reason is that my son is allergic to Oak Trees, and we have a huge Oak Tree in front of the house. The hospital is about 3 miles away, down the street, along with the new plaza shopping center. Poinciana also has remodeled the park to add an Olympic size pool for use, year round, for a small annual fee. The bus stop is very close. The elementary school, has a sidewalk, right across the street, that goes straight to the school. So, you don't need a second vehicle to drive your kids to and from school, or deal with traffic. The HOA is very accommodating and nice, with a lot of activities. Please Text me at 321-337-9930, 321-300-3304 or 321-300-3628 and leave your name and message. I'll text you back. The house is being sold "as is". This house has only had two owners. We've been here 15 years, it's too big for me to clean now, and since my son is so allergic to our huge Oak Tree, we really need to move.
