The lofts are perfect for extra storage or sleeping space for guests. 2023 annual lot lease is $6200. Lot rent has been paid by the seller through 12/31/23 so you don’t pay any lot rent till then. Lot lease includes basic cable, maintenance of the common areas and security gates and use of onsite trash dumpsters. With a full price offer, the owners will pay the $6000 transfer fee to the park owner at closing. Normally that is a buyer expense so that’s a huge savings for you!
