Upstairs, a spacious loft with a convenient half bath. Loft has room for two twin beds and a sofa, so there's plenty of room to make it as you like. Comes with a wall mounted flatscreen TV. The living room is anchored by a wood-burning stove, framed by large windows that overlook a wide grassy field. Furnishings include a sofa and wall mounted flatscreen TV. and other decorative items. Please note: the cabin does not have closet space and is best suited for one to two occupants. I've seen most people turn the loft into a very large closet space. This home is part of a privately owned 9-acre family property with three cabins and a main house. While the property is just off Highway 280 for easy access to local amenities, the cabins are tucked back in the woods, offering the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. This property was a busy short term rental property that was also a wedding venue so the property is very unique with lots of extra amenities. Extra amenities include; Large covered deck at the pond, gazebo, small chapel, fire ring, large grass area and many walking trails through the woods. This is a one year rental. Available starting October 1st. Water, trash and some yard service are included with the rent. Internet and power will need to be put into your name. This is a partially furnished rental. There is no laundry on site. However, there is a laundry mat 2 miles away. I am open to pets on a case by case basis but must be approved before being accepted.
