Delightful house with fenced yard (room for garden) & a great place to entertain outside.Home faces west to view beautiful Olympic sunsets and canal. Easy access to downtown, Ballard, Fremont, Greenlake etc. (I loved living there, but marriage & children forced me out ~ just a bit TOO cozy for a family :-( ) .
