Lease requirement is set at 6 month lease and then will continue on a month to month basis after the 6 months. I will do 12 month leases. There are stipulations if you fail to stay the 6 month or 12 month lease. Utilities are not included in rent. You are responsible for power and water to be put in your name. Pest services are your responsibility . The apartments are pest free and it is your responsibility to keep it that way. NO smoking allowed in the apartments. You can smoke outside away from neighbors and their personal space. This is a bottom unit. No stairs inside the unit. Everything is all one level. This is a quadraplex unit, meaning there is another apartment upstairs directly over your bottom unit.
