Looking to sublease this apartment starting mid-June, it is tucked away and very quiet location, around a 15 minute drive to downtown Bloomington. Landlord is super helpful and responsive although I have never had any issues for him to address. Hardwood floor in the kitchen and living room, nice carpeting in the bedroom and walk in closet, the whole apartment has a clean/modern look. Plenty of storage space with closets in the hallway, living room and bedroom. Appliances in the kitchen as well as the washer and dryer work well and are relatively modern.
