The apartment is rented fully furnished. An inventory list describing the furniture, appliances, and fixtures will be provided and signed by both parties at a later date. The tenant agrees to maintain all items in good condition and to return them in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
The monthly rent includes only the condominium maintenance fee and does not include utilities such as water, electricity, internet, or any other related services, which are the tenant's responsibility.
A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent shall be held by the landlord to cover any damages, missing items, or unpaid balances. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on balconies and terraces.
The tenant agrees to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition and to promptly notify the landlord of any damages, leaks, or malfunctions. Structural or system repairs will be handled by the landlord, while minor damages caused by misuse will be the tenant's responsibility.
A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed, subject to the landlord's prior approval and compliance with the condominium's pet regulations. The tenant is responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by pets.
The tenant must comply with all condominium rules and regulations. Any fines or penalties resulting from the tenant's actions or those of their guests will be the tenant's sole responsibility.
