Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and protection. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, allowing only ADA compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and travelers must be at least 22 years old to make a reservation. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required.
