Parking rates per vehicle are $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay), free from Day 4-7, and $5/day from Day 8 onward. The winter rate cap (NovMar) is a max of $60 per stay.

Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking.
