Please note that the lease needs to be picked up as is, meaning that the rent plus parking will not change until the lease is up for renewal next year. The prospective renter will need to submit an application with the leasing office and pay a app fee of $65 +$175 admin fee+ $175 security deposit if your credit is good or $500 security deposit if your have questionable credit.
