Exterior Features:The exterior of the home at 1010 Zimmerman showed that someone had made efforts to improve grounds and home. There is extensive rock work/landscaping around the home and there is partial vinyl siding. There is apparently an add-on in the back (odd shape) and appears to be intended for a utility room. The lot is large and mostly fenced with nice shade trees and quiet street. There is one outbuilding - small garden shed - picture sent.Interior Features:Inside the home was pretty torn apart and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. A remodel was obviously in progress but bare studding between kitchen and living room (picture of ) and pretty dirty. There are newer windows and front storm door in place.
