This property is a fantastic apartment and a great price for the area. It was newly rebuilt and remodeled right before the lease started in September, so everything is brand new - street view on Google Maps is not updated to what it looks like now from the outside. No carpeting throughout the apartment. Brand new dimming light fixtures throughout, kitchen is the shining star with quartz countertops and state of the art appliances. Plenty of modern storage closets and areas as well. Bathroom is awesome, rain shower that gets hot instantly and the bathroom is shiny new. Washer dryer in-unit also brand new along with new AC units that keep the place exactly how you like. Reserved parking spot in the building's garage, and ample street parking If necessary. Next to busy road so you can easily get around but the apartment itself is very quiet and you don't hear cars at all. Gated entry so the complex is super secure, and you're only living with 11 other units so it's always quaint. Trash removal is also included behind building. Does not come furnished, however all white closets and storage do come with the apartment.
