The Farm House is situated on 5 acres with a running stream, trees, lawns and hiking access to Poo Poo Point, Round Lake and Lake Tradition. Park your car inside a detached garage and walk across a wooden bridge over the stream to the home. Deer walk through the property in the summer. Rabbits munch on grass. Coyotes, bobcats and once in a while small black bear also wander through the property, though they are much less frequent than the deer. Lie in bed and see views of Squak mountain and cherry tree blossoms in the spring. The large upstairs master bedroom has a master bath with shower and heated floor. Three small bedrooms are also upstairs. There is one downstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Enjoy a family room with a rug and gas fireplace for cozy winters. Have summer dinners on a porch with your picnic table while looking at views of Squak mountain. A rope swing is hung for kids or adventurous adults. The lawns and grounds are maintained by the landlord. There are large lawns for playing soccer or baseball, throwing a frisbee, or running with a dog.
