The washer/dryer system is less than a year old, the other appliances work perfectly. The floors are a nice concrete which is cool and easy to clean. The house can come furnished if wanted. I live nearby if I am needed for anything. The renter will be responsible for utilities and making sure the property looks nice both inside and out. Owner will cover landscaping cost and cost to fix any problems with the appliances or mechanics (to an extent). Renter will be responsible for any damage to walls/paint. Until further notice, owner will cover trash days. There is no smoking at all inside the unit, outside is fine. Pets are ok, renter is held responsible for any pet damage and must pick up dog waste outside. Renter is only allowed two cars at all times and must not prevent anyone else from using the driveway. Lease will be annual. Just need a security deposit and first months rent.
