You have to fill out an application and qualify for the home. It's $50 per applicant and it is a hard pull on your credit. We run a background check into credit, criminal and pervious landlords. Rent is $2000 with a $2000 deposit. We do allow pets, but we do have breed restrictions on dogs. Pet fee is $25 per month per pet and $125 added to deposit.
