You are responsible for the heat and electricity and I am responsible for the sewer/water/garbage. There is also laundry in your apartment and also extra off-street parking. There is no smoking, carpet was replaced and painting done throughout the whole apartment 1.5 years ago, and pets are limited and extra. One month deposit is required.
