The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit. Rent is $1795. There is a $50 per pet month increase in the rent and a $500 per pet increase in the security deposit. 1 pet maximum. Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired. All other utilities are included in rent. Security deposits are commensurate with level of rent and condition of unit and complex.
