The location is great - around the corner from all of the 11th Street Columbia Heights conveniences - Cinco Soles, Makan, Queens English, Odd Provisions, Buddy's, El Chucho and Wonderland are just the start. Even bagels at Call Your Mother, wine at St. Vincent, and the brand new Whole Foods are blocks away. This is the "hippest" area in DC. 2BR and two full bathrooms upstairs with a half-bath downstairs (2br / 2.5 bathrooms). We are looking for reliable tenant(s) looking for a furnished rental. We are happy to do a walk through, take more photos, etc. Note that the bedroom no longer has a bookcase or desk, so it is more open than in the photos. Please feel free to ask questions.
