The apartment comes with a Stove, Refrigerator, Maintenace, washer and dryer hook-up, and Lawn care. We haven't had any complaints about the neighborhood. There is a nice backyard for kids or pets to play in. There is a place for parking vehicles that is off the road. Walmart is 4 minutes (2.1miles) from the apartment. Renter is responsible for paying for water and electric each month. No smoking or vaping inside. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per month. Must be able to pass and be approved for background check ($50.00). This is non-refundable that is done online.
