There is a pet fee of $50/pet/per month with a non-refundable $150 initial deposit per pet. Limit of 2 pets only. Security Deposit: There is a security deposit collected equal to one month's rent, which will be collected with first month's rent. This deposit is refundable* when the property is returned in the condition it was received. *Cleaning Fee: There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $450, which will be deducted from the security deposit upon return.
